Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and industry partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Track sales pipeline, leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or a related field
- Background in construction, home improvement, or foundation/waterproofing services is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
