Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a driven and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess basement and foundation needs
- Present and sell waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural solutions tailored to each homeowner
- Generate and follow up on leads through company-provided appointments, referrals, and self-prospecting
- Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals to potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and work independently
- Comfortable conducting in-home sales consultations and building rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Basic computer skills for CRM use, scheduling, and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
